Price is for the rental of the whole apartment and is based on number of guests and current season.
It includes the cost of utilities (gas, a.c., electricity, heating, hot water).
PAYMENT
A deposit (part of the rent) is due on booking.
You can pay by Paypal or wire transfer.

If you have a Paypal account, you can send your payment via Paypal (added Paypal fee)
WIRE TRANSFER
You can also send your payment by wire transfer to my bank account in Italy (added bank fee).
As long as no deposit is paid, the reservation is not confirmed.
